Purpose:	Corporation of the City of Welland empowers the Committee of Adjustment to grant minor variances from the provisions of any by-law of the Municipality that implements an official plan. Also has authority to approve land severances.
Mandate/Terms of Reference:	Schedule “A” of City of Welland By-law 2011-3.
Meeting Schedule:	Typically the 3rd Wednesday of the month; subject to change.	Meeting Time:	5:00 p.m.
